What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Responsible for Assistance and Acquisition Reporting for USAID’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance (M/OAA)

More About the Role:

  • Responsible for Data Quality Reporting, Ad hoc data reports, and recurring reports requests.

  • Participate in Data Modeling and design of the Database.

  • Propose reporting solutions that best present the information to the end user.

  • Develop best practices and maintain database and reports documentation.

  • Deploy database objects/changes to different environments including production.

  • Develop queries to extract data from Oracle databases and analyze results for accuracy and effectiveness.

  • Interact and collaborate with clients through ServiceNow tickets, emails, meetings and phone calls.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Detailed knowledge of database concepts and technologies

  • Understanding of Relational Database Concepts, Data Modeling and Development Tools.

  • Oracle Data Warehousing

  • SQL Data Analytics

  • 2-4 years of application development experience in SQL, PL/SQL

  • 2-4 years of Oracle DBA experience supporting Oracle 11g/12c

  • 1-3 years of MS Excel experience

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Oracle WebLogic Application Server experience a strong plus

  • VBA, Java, PHP, ITIL, FAR, ETL, Tableau, SubVersion

  • Familiarity with Oracle Development Tools (Forms/Reports/JDeveloper).

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Good problem solving and documentation skills
