Job Description:

KeyW is seeking a working Program Manager to lead a small team performing technical counter intelligence work for an IC customer. This team performs a multitude of functions in a fast paced environment. These functions include:

  • Software Development

  • Training

  • Technology Assessment

  • Risk analysis

  • System evaluations

  • Forensics

  • Network analysis

  • System Administration

Under the program manager’s leadership the team needs to be highly flexible and responsive to changing customer requirements. Team members will be expected to have multiple skills and be able to fill different roles as the mission dictates.


Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated supervisory experience for a 10 person or larger team

  • Demonstrated PM experience

  • Demonstrated experience with monthly reporting of cost schedule and performance

  • Demonstrated, on-the-job experience, creating and managing to a WBS

  • Demonstrated, on-the-job experience, developing and executing a personnel transition plan and maintaining staffing levels for a 10 person or larger team

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

  • Two or more of the following desired skills

Desired Skills:

  1. Requirements management

  2. Analysis and forensics of IT and networks

  3. Demonstrated experience on time sensitive efforts

  4. Analysis of metrics and trends

  5. PM certification

Clearance: Positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.
